cuffs. action news reporter parker collins is live near mlk and 95 with how it all went down. they actually found him up of this roof... with the help of canines and the police chopper. let's back up. it started around one thirty. nhp saw a man driving like crazy... swerving everywhere near 15 and tropicana. they tried to slow him down... but he wouldn't. they stopped chasing him... but another officer saw the man ditching his car and running. that's when they asked metro for help.

watched as they took him into custody. reporting live parker collins channel thirteen action news. this morning.. troopers are trying to figure out what caused a driver to lose control and crash head on into another car. take a look at the aftermath of the crash on the 215 near ali-ante last night. you can see both of the cars are destroyed--and both drivers died. nhp says this portion of the highway is under construction. the speed limit is only 45.. it's too soon to know if that was a factor. a third car was also involved. but the man and woman in that car are expected to be okay. a murder suspect is on the run this morning. he's wanted for shooting and killing a man in henderson. this all happened yesterday near green valley parkway and warm springs. police say they responded to 'shots fired' and found someone dead. the 26-year old victim died at the scene. police tell action news they are following up on all leads to find a possible suspect.

inside headed to the montgomery county, pa courthouse for a hearing. right now....comedian bill cosby is preparing for court. his lawyers will be asking a judge to throw out the only criminal case against him this morning. that charge alleges he sexually assaulted a woman in his montgomery county home back in 2004. at issue-- is a promise cosby says he made a decade ago with the former district attorney of montgomery county: if cosby testified fully in a deposition in constand's 2005 civil suit - it would never be used against him. prosecutors say there is no such evidence of such an agreement. cosby's civil deposition was sealed for the past decade. but, a federal judge unsealed parts of it last summer. there are dozens of accusations against the t-v star that he molested women. embattled tv icon bill cosby is set for a hearing this morning

oregon to stay put. this is after his son...amon bundy...also the leader of the protesters told protesters to turn themselves in. cliven bundy sent a notice to the harney county sheriff to remove all federal and state policing agents out of harney county. protesters took over the refuge a month ago, denouncing federal land policies. group leader ammon bundy and ten others were arrested last week... after one of the protest group's most prominent members was shot dead by a law enforcement officer. ammon bundy will be back in court today.

we're learning more about what led to this man.... being shot by police after crashing a car last week. police say suspect gilberto gutierrez stole a honda civic in northeast las vegas and pointed a gun at the owner's car. gutierrez then crashed that car near pecos and bonanza. that's when police claim he pointed a gun at an on-duty and an off duty officer who happened to spot the suspect. officer samuel solo-rio who was in his personal car fired 3 shots. the undersheriff says officers handles the situation well. what's always on the midn of those officers is potentially a door kick, a home invasion, holding people hostage and i think these officers performed very well 13:16:49 undersheriff kevin mcmahill, las vegas metro police department gutierrez faces multiple felony charges... including assault and

stood before a judge yesterday and learned their charges. eisenhauren charged with the premeditated murder of 13-year-old nicole lovell. keeper is facing charges of transporting or concealing a dead body. lovell's mother told the washington post her daughter was bullied online and at school. she was a liver transplant recipient who needed daily medication. there are still a lot of questions about how lovell died. court documents indicate that a firearm was not used. police are searching a pond on the virginia tech campus for clues. new this morning... britain has made a land mark decision to give scientists approval to experiment on human embryos. this marks the first time a country's national regulator has approved the research. the researchers won't be creating babies...instead they'll be working to better understand human development. they hope to treatments and prevent miscarriages. none of the embryos will be traferred into women..they will
